<p>PURPOSE:To mix fuzzy operation with normal microcomputer operation and to perform the fuzzy operation under normal microcomputer control by providing a fuzzy control part in a microcomputer access space. CONSTITUTION:On an internal data bus 10, a central control processor CPU 1, a random access memory RAM 2, a read-only memory ROM 3, a fuzzy control unit FCU4, and an analog-digital converter A/D8 and a digital-analog converter D/A9 which convert data for fuzzy inference are provided, and connected to the outside through an input/output port IO5. Further, fuzzy data for fuzzy inference are inputted to the unit FCU4 from an input port FI6 through the A/D8 and fuzzy data after the fuzzy inference are outputted to the outside from an output port F07 through the D/A9. Consequently, the semiconductor integrated circuit 100 can perform the normal microcomputer control operation and fuzzy control operation mixedly.</p> |
