<p>PURPOSE:To discharge deposits and scale settling in a tank and thereby to facilitate maintenance by attaching a liquid relief mechanism which opens a drain port pipe automatically and discharges a liquid inside the tank outside when the pressure and temperature inside the tank exceed set conditions. CONSTITUTION:Water is led into a tank 1 from a water supply port pipe 6 through a check valve 7 and a water introducing pipe 11. The water stored is heated by a plurality of electric heaters 18a and 18b sequentially. Moreover, the water heated is supplied from a hot water supply pipe 10. In this case, a liquid relief mechanism equipped with a pressure relief valve 30 opening automatically and discharging the water inside the tank 1 outside when the pressure, temperature, etc., inside the tank 1 exceed set conditions is attached to a drain port pipe 13. A temperature-pressure valve 9 is operated when the pressure and temperature inside the tank 1 become high extraordinarily, while the pressure relief valve 30 is operated when the pressure inside the tank 1 is a prescribed one or below. Thereby deposits and fur settling in the tank 1 are discharged automatically and maintenance is facilitated.</p> |
