PURPOSE:To pay an appropriate charge to an information provider of a CATV, etc., by the user of a terminal which receives information of the CATV, etc. CONSTITUTION:This system is provided with an information supply device 2 which supplies the information corresponding to the request of the user, a display device 10 which displays the information supplied by the information supply device 2, and a storing and reproducing device 9 which stores information supplied from the information supply device 2. The amount charged on the user when the information is supplied to the display device 10 is set differently from that charged on the user when the information is supplied to the storing and reproducing device. |
