摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To immobilize a monoclonal antibody to an inactive carrier by covalent- bonding the monoclonal antibody against a white corpuscle-differentiated antigen to an inactive carrier by means of photochemical reaction. CONSTITUTION:A polymer having an azido group or a low molecular weight compound is applied to the surface of insoluble carrier. As this polymer, styrene or the like wherein the azide group is introduced is listed, however, in view of stability, a copolymer of styrene, methyl metacrylate and dimethyl acrylamide is particularly desirable. As the low molecular weight compound, an ionic group or the like is listed, however, in order to stably immobilize a monoclonal antibody against a white corpuscle differentiated antigen, containing of two or more azide groups are desirable. After applying the polymer or low molecular weight compound, further a monoclonal antibody solution against the white corpuscle differentiated antigen is applied to be adsorbed to the insoluble carrier, and by ultraviolet irradiation through a mercury lamp or the like, covalent bonding for immobilization can be conducted in a short time.</p>
