PURPOSE:To obtain the sense of distance even for a projected image in which the sense of distance is difficult to obtain compared with three-dimensional display, and to facilitate the three-dimensional grasp of three-dimensional volume. CONSTITUTION:The scan data of the examinee obtained by an image pickup device is fetched, and two-dimensional data or three-dimensional data is generated (step V1). The center of rotation is set at this side or the back of the center of the three- dimensional volume a two-dimensional data string or the three-dimensional data stipulates (step V2). A projection direct ion is rotated around the center of rotation, and plural projection directions are generated within this rotating range (step V4). The projected image is generated respectively by executing MIP processing along each projection direction (step V5, V6). These projected images are displayed continuously in the order of rotation. Since at the time of rotating and displaying the projected image, the three-dimensional volume part at the back of the projection direction and the three-dimensional volume part at this side of the projection direction travel different distances on the projected image, the sense of distance comes to be obtained even for the projected image, and the three-dimensional recognition of the examinee is facilitated. Accordingly, diagnosis can be executed appropriately. |
