PURPOSE:To provide an inexpensive appearance inspection device for automation line with a high resolution. CONSTITUTION:The inspection device is provided with a sensor 12 for detecting the passage of a work and a plurality of image pick-up devices 3, 4, 5, and 6 for outputting an image signal by photographing the work according to an image pick-up device outputted from the image pick-up devices according to a signal from the sensor 12. Further, the device is provided with image processing devices 13, 14, 15, and 16 for converting the image signal into density information and storing the information, and at the same time, storing data as binary information according to a preset threshold and then reading the density information and binary information and then performing operation processing and a display 18 for displaying the image processing result by the image processing devices 13, 14, 15, and 16. |
