PURPOSE:To provide a separator excellent in bag filling property by adhering a sheet, which mainly contains specific rate of inorganic material with polyolefin synthetic pulp as organic binder, onto one face of a thermoplastic synthetic resin sheet. CONSTITUTION:Polyolefin based synthetic pulp supplied onto the upper face of a resin sheet 6 extruded in a semi-melted condition by an extruder 1 via a guide roll 5 is used as organic binder and a 10-40wt.% inorganic material sheet 4 is guided between a pair of pressure molding rolls 2, 2 to form a one- unit sheet 7. In such a condition, the one-unit sheet 7 is cooled and solidified with a pair of next cooling rolls 3, 3 to obtain an inorganic material coated separator 7' with hole opening agent not removed. Then, the hole opening agent in the inorganic material coated separator 7' with the hole opening agent not removed is removed and dried to obtain an inorganic material coated separator. |
