PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency of operation for generating plural tables sharing a part of data from a base table by deciding whether or not a cell is excluded from an object to be processed according to the contents of the flag of attribute information and determining output contents of each cell on the basis of the decision result according to input data to the cell. CONSTITUTION:A CPU 1 displays a menu for setting various items of cell control information in a specified cell at a display part 7 through a display control part 8. Then one menu item is selected on a keyboard 5, and sent to the CPU 1 through a keyboard interface 6 to analyze operation information. Then it is decided whether or not the selected menu item is information on an attribute excluded from the processing and when so, a flag is set to the process excluded attribute for a range-specified cell through the display control part 8. Cell evaluation is performed according to the contents of the flag and the output contents of each cell are determined on the basis of the decision on the evaluation. Therefore, the table generation can efficiently be performed through the easy operation. |
