<p>PURPOSE:To install a hose on an internal caulking jig in the optimum condition by winding fitting material to a hose part to be applied to an internal caulking metal part, and giving a proper tightening force to a development quantity of a development part to the hose part. CONSTITUTION:In the case of connecting a hose 2 to an internal caulking device 1 using an internal caulking metal 3, when a differential diameter exists between the internal caulking metal 3 and the hose 2, a belt of fitting material 10 comprising rubber or plastic elastomer in which an adhesive or pressure sensitive adhesive is applied on one surface or on the whole surface is wound on a tightening part of the hose 2 so as to fill a differential diameter part. Simultaneously as a caulking part 31 of the internal caulking device 1 is caulked, the hose 2 and the fitting material 10 are held inside the internal caulking metal 3 by pressure suitable to development quantity of a development part 11, thereby all the bodies are connected to each other integrally.</p> |
