<p>PURPOSE:To obtain an electric power water heater for midnight which supplies warm water surely and easily to a plurality of places of use and demand without using a plurality of heat sources. CONSTITUTION:In an electric power water heater constructed by having a water supply port 4 and drain ports 5a and 5b opened in the lower tank bottom part of a hot water storage tank l and electric heaters 3a and 3b provided on the opposite sides, the virtually central part of the inside of the hot water storage tank 1 is partitioned by a partition plate 2 and heating chambers B1 and B2 are formed on both of the right and left sides. A water pipe 9 is inserted into a heat conducting pipe 8 formed of a material of high thermal conductivity, such as a stainless steel pipe or a copper pipe, with an appropriate space between them, and thereby a heat exchange mechanism A shaped like an inside-outside double pipe is provided removably inside the heating chamber B2 on one side. By utilizing the temperature of warm water stored in the heating chamber B2, a prescribed temperature is given to a water flow running through the heat exchange mechanism A and the water warmed is distributed to a plurality of places of demand for warm water supply other than general hot water supply, through a hot water supply pipe 10 connected to the heat conducting pipe 8.</p> |
