PURPOSE:To equalize differential limiting force even if either side gear side wheel locks. CONSTITUTION:A differential gear is provided with a differential case 21, which is rotatedly driven by the drive force of an engine, wheel side gears 31 and 33, which are pivotally mounted on the differential case 21 through pivot sections 39 and 41, pinion gears 55 and 57, which the side gears 31 and 33 are meshed with and connect to respectively and containing holes 51 and 53, which slidably contain the pinion gears 55 and 57 formed in the differential case 21. The diameters of the tips of the pinion gears 55 and 57 are made different from each other so that even if either wheel idles, the differential limiting force, which is generated in each side gear, can be equalized, and rotation resistance is adjusted.
