<p>PURPOSE:To generate high sound pressure without damaging responsiveness at the ultrasonic wave generator to be used for a coordinate detector. CONSTITUTION:This device is provided with a power source 101, first booster circuit 102 for boosting the output voltage of the power source 101, second booster circuit 103 for inputting a signal from an input means 104 and further bossting the output voltage of the first booster circuit 102, oscillation circuit 105 to be oscillated by the output voltage of the first booster circuit 102, driving circuit 106 for inputting the output voltage of the second booster circuit 103 and the signal of an oscillation circuit 105 and outputting a driving signal and ultrasonic wave generating part 107 for inputting the output signal from the driving circuit 106 and generating ultrasonic waves.</p> |
