<p>PURPOSE: To provide the completeness of a cell sequence for not generating a gap between users and to minimize clamping by leading out formation delay which is the specified function of a prescribed peak cell speed in the case that an adjacent cell is a type like a user cell. CONSTITUTION: A cell stream CS1 is the output stream of a police stage and is provided with the cells U1-U7 of the type like the user cell and the OAM cells 01-06 of the type like an operation and maintenance cell. The formation delay of such a cell stream is the function of the reciprocal TU of the predetermined peak cell speed of the adjacent cells U1 and U2 or the function of the fraction of the reciprocal TU. Thus, the interval of the arrival time of the cells U1-7 is adjusted like the cell stream CS2. Thus, the gap is not generated in the user cells, the completeness of the cell sequence is provided and the clamping between the OAM cells and between the OAM and user cells is minimized.</p> |
