<p>PURPOSE:To provide a wire sorter which can easily cope with the case where the size of sorted cables is changed. CONSTITUTION:A wire cut-in part 12 is equipped with a cable guide rotatably, and that cable guide is provided with plural kinds of cable insertion holes different in diameter, in axial direction of the rotation of the cable guide. Each cable insertion hole is severally equipped with a cutting edge freely of adjustment for advance and retreat in its diametrical direction. Each cable insertion hole is severally arranged on the coaxial circle centering upon the axis of rotation of the cable guide. This cable sorter is equipped with a cable separator 39 which separates a cable 14 being cut in at the cable cut-in part 12 into a core 14a and a cover 14b. The cable separator 39 is equipped with a core wire insertion hole, where the core wire 14a of the cable 14 is inserted, and a conical separator which is made in gradually larger diameter from the end side of the insertion of the core wire in that core wire insertion hole.</p> |
