PURPOSE:To easily obtain laser beams which become a reference point and reference line from both ends of an He-Ne laser device by specifying the light transmittance of a pair of mirrors for optical resonator constituting an optical resonator so that the laser beams emitted from the mirrors can exceed specific output values. CONSTITUTION:An He-Ne laser tube 2 is held in a cylindrical case 1 and mirrors 3 and 4 for optical resonator having laser light transmittance of 0.3-1.5% are provided at both ends of the laser tube 2. The angle of the laser tube 2 is adjusted so that both laser beams emitted in both directions from both ends of the case 1 can be emitted along the center axis of the case 1. In addition, the light transmittance of the mirrors 3 and 4 are adjusted so that the intensities of the laser beams transmitted through the mirror 3 and 4 which are respectively constituted of multilayered dielectric films having light transmittance of about 0.3-1.5% and transparent substrates can become >=0.3mW and a specific intensity ratio can be obtained between the laser beams. |
