PURPOSE:To provide a paper heat radiating body at low cost which has high thermal efficiency and is easy to be handled by coating a face of a thin sheet, which is produced by dispersing and mixing carbon short fibers in paper pulp, with a water-proofing insulating synthesized resin film. CONSTITUTION:Regarding a paper heat radiating body A, a thin sheet material 1 for the body A is produced by dispersing and mixing carbon short fibers 1a uniformly in paper pulp in the electric communication possible state. The sheet material 1 is composed of preferably fibers with relatively high strength and the short fibers 1a are ones fired and carbonized at high temperature and themselves have own electric resistance and thus aiming electric resistance can be easily set by voltage. After that, electrodes 2 are formed into a band-like shape in both edge sides of the sheet material 1 and both front and back sides of the sheet material 1 including the electrodes are air-tightly coated with a water-proofing, thin insulating synthesized resin film 3 of such as polyester, etc. |
