<p>PURPOSE:To provide a cable remover which can remove a long cable by one time of work by lowering the noise during removal of a cable. CONSTITUTION:This cable remover has right and left drive rollers 6 and 27 in a pair being supported rotatably by supporting plates 4, 5, 25, and 26, drive motors 8 and 29 for rotating these drive rollers, and wire fixing parts 20, 21, 36, and 37 where wires W1 for reaction to be fixed within a manhole are fixed, and many teeth are made, in the direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of a cable, at the periphery of the right and left drive rollers in a pair each diameter of which is reduced gradually from both ends. Since winches are not used continuously, noise is suppressed, and also this pulls out the cable from a pipe line, etc., while catching it by the right and left rollers in a pair where teeth are made at the periphery, so that a long cable can be removed by one time of work.</p> |
