<p>PURPOSE:To improve work efficiency by carrying a plurality of parallel molds, which have cavities for setting adjacent insulating covers on the cores being connected with each other, with their insulation covers peeled off, and charging fused insulating resin into the molds, and taking out splice parts automatically from the molds after cooling. CONSTITUTION:An endless belt conveyor 2 is provided on a base plate 1, and molds 3 having many cavities are fixed in parallel, and those are circulated and carried. The mold 3 is preheated in the specified position with a preheating means, and insulating resin is charged into the cavity of the mold 3 downstream of it by a charging means 7. Furthermore, after the insulating resin cools downstream, a takeout means 10 takes out a splice part 9 automatically. A work position A is provided in the position for setting cores being connected with each other after peeling off of the covers of cable connections in the mold 3, upstream of the preheating means 4. Hereby, many splice parts are made efficiently in a short time.</p> |
