<p>PURPOSE:To bring out the sound effects that bamboo has at the maximum level by providing a bell opening whose one end has a trumpet shape, tension head leather which is large enough to cover the bell opening of a bamboo shell and fitted with a frame at its outer periphery, and a cord which adjusts the degree of tension of the tension head leather. CONSTITUTION:Plural small holes 14 are formed in the intermediate part, etc., of the bamboo shell 10 at proper positions where the cord is hitched from the bell opening 11. The small holes 14 are parts as tips of splitting when small columns 31 are driven into them and bamboo materials are split. The tension head leather 20 is a diaphragm covering the bell opening 11 and the outer periphery of the leather material is fitted tightly to the rigid frame 21, which is a size larger than the bell opening 11. The rigid frame 21 or a pressure frame 32 hooked to it is used as an upper cord hitch member for hitching the cord 30. When the pressure frame 32 is used, no hole needs to be bored in the leather tensed on the frame 21 and the pressure frame 32 is drawn to press the tension head leather 20 against the bell opening 11.</p> |
