PURPOSE:To provide the semiconductor integrated circuit capable of easily and optionally deciding the frequency characteristic of the built-in differential amplifier circuit. CONSTITUTION:The semiconductor integrated circuit is provided with a differential amplifier circuit 5 having the constant current source 10 and a constant voltage supply circuit 4a supplying the constant voltage to the constant current source 10. The constant voltage supply circuit 4a supplies an adjustable constant voltage. By adjusting the constant voltage to be supplied, the constant current of the constant current source 10 is controlled and the frequency characteristic of the differential amplifier 5 is controlled. |
