PURPOSE:To economically and safely cut off the output of a DC high-voltage power supply without requiring any special protection means and with a small circuit scale before reaching a final high voltage when cutting off the output of a DC high-voltage power supply since it is necessary to avoid risk due to an abnormal discharge.
