摘要

PURPOSE:To provide a light-shielding film for a liquid crystal display device having high light-shielding rate, low reflectance and high productivity. CONSTITUTION:A chromium oxide nitride film 2 having a specified range of film compsn. which is transparent in a visible ray region on a substrate which is transparent in a visible ray region. Then a chromium light-shielding film 3 which is opaque in a visible ray region is formed thereon. The compsn. of the chromium nitride oxide is expressed by Cr1-x-yOxNy, satisfying 0.30<=x<=0.55 and 0.03<=y<=0.20.
