<p>PURPOSE:To improve the start-up performance of the rotation of capstan motor without changing its driving circuit. CONSTITUTION:When the capstan motor 4 is started by inputting information of starting its rotation from a motor-on-start input means 23, the number of FG pulses outputted from an FG(frequency generator) 5 is counted by an FG pulse counting circuit 11, and whether or not the connected number of FG pulses has become larger than a reference number of FG pulses from a start-up completion reference pulse output means 12, is decided by a start-up completion pulse comparator 13. Then, it is confirmed by a controller 24a that a reference FG pulse counting completion signal is outputted at the moment when the counted number of FG pulses has become equivalent to or larger than a reference number of FG pulses, and a driving voltage selector 9 is changed from a full torque driving voltage output means 7 over to an FG control circuit 8 to be connected with a constant speed rotating control loop, so that the capstan motor 4 is certainly started up without stopping.</p> |
