摘要 PURPOSE:To control the switching of a damper mechanism optimum for air conditioning simultaneously upon regulating of air volume and to reduce a cost and power by substituting the operating state at the time of regulating the volume by many air volume regulators to a numeric value, and controlling an air conditioner of an inverter according to the total numeric value. CONSTITUTION:Air volume regulators (VAV) V1-V3 are installed in air supply passages in many air outlets 1a-1c, and dampers to be short-circuited with thermoswitches S1-S3 are openably assembled therein. The VAVV1-V3 and an air conditioner A are connected to an air conditioning circuit having a point calculating unit 3 and a controller 4. The regulated results of the air volume by the VAVV1-V3 are immediately substituted for number of points, and an inverter 2 of the conditioner A is controlled by a controller 4 based on the total numeric value of the variable air volume calculated from the number of points by the unit 3. Simultaneously, the dampers are controlled, and supply water valves P1, P2 of the warm water coils are controlled.
