PURPOSE:To prevent breakage of an air electrode, and improve safety and reliability by coating a positive electrode case of metal having air intake holes in a side part with a porous resin layer having air transmissive ability. CONSTITUTION:An inner cup 6 of metal is inserted into a cylindrical air electrode 1 in which an outer cup of metal 5 is inserted at an upper part, a side surface of the outer cup 5 is compressed by a roller to form a groove 7 to be pressed to the air electrode 1, a cup side surface of the inner cup 6 is enlarged toward the air electrode 1 by an enlargement pin of a larger outer diameter than an inner diameter of the inner cup 6 for sealing, and a positive electrode case 8 of metal having a number of air intake holes 15 in a side surface can be provided. This positive electrode case 8 is coated with a porous resin layer 16 provided with holes 15A at parts to the air intake holes 15 at a porosity of 15-30%. |
