On the other hand, in the case of comparatively small amount of information or the information to be delivered to specific users, the information is delivered to the user equipment 6 via a 2nd information transmission network 3 comprising a telephone line or the like. The view information of the user equipment 6 or the like is sent to the service center 1 via a 3rd information delivery network 4 comprising a telephone line. |
