ATTENDANCE MANAGEMENT DEVICE

PURPOSE:To attain the accurate management of workers by inputting the attendance information on each worker that is outputted from a reading device and prepare the attendance data on each worker based on the inputted attendance information. CONSTITUTION:The readers R1-R5 are placed at the departments A-E respectively to read the attendant time and the name code of each worker. Then an attendance data preparing device 5 prepares the attendance data on each worker based on the attendance information on each worker outputted from the readers R1-R5. The device 5 also prepares the name code as well as the attendant time of each worker in each department and prepares the leaving time of each worker in the department where he worked last. Thus it is possible to accurately grasp the attendance state of each worker of each department. Meanwhile each worker carries an information card 2 where his name code and attendance code are written, and this card 2 is read out through the readers R1-R5.
