PURPOSE:To generate resonance at an arbitrary frequency by forming a recessed part in a block body so that the difference between the primary resonance frequency in vertical vibration and 7 secondary resonance frequency in torsional vibration can be reduced. CONSTITUTION:A recessed part 50 is formed nearly in cylindrical shape at nearly the center of a rotor contact surface 12 in a metal block body 30. When a stator part 20, where this sort of recessed part 50 is formed, is used, resonance is generated in both vertical vibration and torsional vibration when excitation is made at a frequency closer to the primary resonance frequency of vertical vibration or the secondary resonance frequency of torsional vibration, thus changing the resonance frequency of vertical vibration or that of torsional vibration and generating resonance at an arbitrary frequency for efficient drive. |
