<p>PURPOSE:To transmit data so that it fits to circumstances on the transfer time of individual data packets in a network system. CONSTITUTION:The data transmission device of a network system transferring the transfer unit of data and transmitting data is provided with an identification means 25 reading transfer completion time from the data packet 1 including transfer completion time at the final reception destination of data in the transfer unit of data, a storage means 7 storing the shift prediction time of the shift possible path of the data packet 1 on a network, and judgement abolishment means 27 and 28 executing judgement by comparing time obtained by adding present time to the shift prediction time of the shift scheduled path of the data packet with transfer completion time and abolishing the data packet 1 when the transfer of the data packet 1 to a final reception destination is not in time for transfer completion time.</p> |
