<p>PURPOSE:To make switching characteristic and display characteristic of a liquid crystal display device, etc., using the same uniform. CONSTITUTION:A chemical conversion voltage input point 41 is one point at the time of forming an anodically oxidized film. The switching element has, between this point and the pattern 42 to be anodically oxidized, an annular wiring 43 for anodic oxidation which is held in contact with this pattern 42 and encloses the circumference of this pattern 42, an annular wiring 44 which is disposed around this annular wiring 43 and is connected with the chemical conversion voltage input point 41, and further two pieces of junction points 45a, 45b which are connected to this annular wiring 44 and are disposed in vertically symmetrical positions with the pattern 42. The respective junction points 45a, 45b and the upper connecting terminals 46 to 51 and lower connecting terminals 52 to 57 of the pattern 42 are connected to each other respectively by plural pieces of drawing out fine wire groups 58, 59. The chemical conversion voltages at the respective input points of the upper connecting terminals 46 to 51 and lower connecting terminals 52 to 57 are made uniform.</p> |
