PURPOSE:To form a polygonal shape by a cylinder, a cooling part connecting member and a supporting member and to improve a strength of the polygonal shape by a method wherein a plurality of cold heat accumulating type freezers are supported by the supporting member and one end of each of cylinders is connected by the cooling part connecting member made of rigid material. CONSTITUTION:Each of compressors 11a, 11b and each of isothermal compressions 12a and 12b cooperatively connected to each of the cylinders 23a, 23b are connected by each of connecting pipes 13a, 13b to form a plurality of Stirling freezer. Then, each of the compressors 11a, 11b is fixed to a supporting table 22, and a supporting member 14 for each of isothermal compression parts 12a, 12b and a vacuum container 16 are fixed to the supporting table 22. Cooling parts at the extremity ends of each of the cylinders 23a, 23b are connected to each other by a connecting member 26, and further a radiation beam sensing element 15 is fixed to a wide part at a central part of the connecting member 26. In addition, the radiation beam sensing element 15, the connecting member 26 and the cylinders 23a, 23b are arranged within the vacuum container 16 and sealingly closed in it. Concurrently a vacuum valve 17 is arranged within the vacuum container 16.
