<p>A device for continuously sampling and analysing a liquid effluent, e.g. from an industrial plant. A device enabling rapid detection of pollutants in waste is provided. The device comprises a unit (6) for constantly diverting a portion of the liquid effluent to be analysed towards a first distribution unit (12), at least two temporary storage vessels (10) connected to the inlet of a sampling cell (22), and a unit (28) for removing a sample from said sampling cell (22) and feeding it to at least one measuring apparatus (30). Said first distribution unit (12) is designed to fill the empty temporary storage vessels (10) one after the other, which vessels (10) are then emptied into the empty sampling cell (22) in the order in which they were filled.</p> |
