<p>Composition useful for decontaminating surfaces of food products of animal and vegetable origin, in particular for eliminating microbic loadings and unsanitary substances, without altering and making noxious the food texture; a method is moreover disclosed for using said composition, comprising the steps of subjecting the food product to a bath of an aqueous solution of the composition and subsequently rinsing by water in order to remove the polluting substances being present.</p> |
