TAPER FIT-IN STRUCTURE AND FITTING-IN METHOD

PURPOSE:To prevent the damage of an O-ring for a seal owing to leakage of pressure oil when pressure oil is fed to a contact part to relieve a press-in force during press of a taper shaft in a taper hole. CONSTITUTION:Taper fitting-in structure comprises a shaft 10 on which a taper part 12 is formed; a hub 14 having a taper hole 16 in which the taper part 12 is inserted; an O-ring 24 located between the large part of the shaft 10 and the end face on the large part of the hub 14; and a pressure oil feeding means to feed pressure oil to a contact part between the taper part 12 and the taper hole 16. A different O-ring 34 is located between the taper part 12 in a position situated closer to the small side than the position of the O-ring 24 and the taper hole 16.
