The devices comprises a control pipe (17) in the form of a thin elastic tubular pipe which is connected to the pressure pipe (10) leading to the pneumatic servo motor (1). An indicator in the form of a bistable indicator head (18) is positioned on the end of the control pipe, and reacts to pressure differences and can be incorporated at any part of the vehicle. The indicator head is in the form of a transparent hollow body with a cylindrical chamber with a restricted part in the middle. A coloured insertion piece is contained in the hollow body and matches the diameter of the chamber.
