A paper pallet comprises a top plate, a top plate reinforcing member comprising two or more paper pipes or materials formed by axially cutting the paper pipes, which paper pipes or materials are attached to the rear surface of the top plate in a beam frame or lattice shape, and leg members provided on an underside of the top plate reinforcing member. The materials formed by axially cutting the paper pipes of the top plate reinforcing member are obtained by axially cutting the paper pipes. Further, the top plate, respective materials and leg members are bonded to one another by adhesives or the like.
