The tube cutting and bending device has a tube inserter (17), fin straightening machine (13), fin mounting position (16), tube expansion device (14), tube feed mechanism (21), tube carriage mechanism (18), tube straight-pulling device (11) and tube bending device (12). The tube carriage device has a first drive device to move the processed tubes between first and second positions. The carriage device has several movable tube holders, in addn. to those of the feed device, intended to receive the processed tubes at the first position.
