<p>An aperture grille (1 or 21) is so placed as to face to a prescribed reference plane, and the springs are placed by using three or four spring positioning means. Then the attitude of the aperture grille (1 or 21) is adjusted based on the results of measurement of the grille (107) at measuring points Z0-Z4 and the positions of spring pins which support the springs are made to coincide with those of panel pins provided on a panel. Then the springs are simultaneously welded to the sides of the aperture grille accurately. In addition, even when four springs are welded, the springs can be welded simultaneously by using only one equipment.</p> |
