Suspension for steerable vehicle wheel

The suspension comprises a spring strut axis, or a shock absorber axis, to which is coupled a wheel holder (1), with a transverse track rod (9) linked to the wheel bolder. The latter is coupled to the shock absorber outer tube (6) via a joint (4). The shock absorber outer tube contains an extension (7), whose free end is connected to both the transverse track rod and to the wheel holder via further joint (8). Pref. the first joint is of ball joint type, on a swivel bearing maybe used. The extension maybe sickle-shaped and a drive shaft (22) of the axle maybe passed through it.
