Then, a graphic class code, a scaling ratio and the representative dimension of a graphic are generated from graphic data FD and scaling information C2 in a simplification working procession OSP to be applied to a work processing part PIF and in the part PIF, decision data whether the meanings of graphic and the character generated from inputted data while being scaled down is recognizable or not as a graphic to be viewed by referring to data had by the part PIF are generated and display data DD corresponding to one of pixels constituting the screen of a display means 4 are generated based on the decision result.
