The device (10) is scissor-shaped having blades (12,14) with teeth (20,22) extending at right angles to the plane covered by the device. At the blade joint (16) an additional blade (24) has teeth (26) which run parallel to the main blade teeth. The teeth (20,22) are confined to the blade (12,14) areas (28,30) facing the scissor joint (16), the areas set at 15-20 deg. relative the remaining part of the blades (12,14), and towards the inside of the device (10). The blade teeth are pref. curved and the distance between the start and end of the blade teeth (22,20) amounts to 40 mm. The blade teeth (26) are also curved and have the same start-to-end interval but extend at right angles to the longitudinal axis (34) of the device and can be adjusted by handle (36) along this same axis. A 90 deg. swivel fibre light source (18) is also fitted releasably to the blade (24).
