<p>The process uses a printer (4) with at least two supply sources (5a-c) and one output tray (6). One supply source is filled with sheets of chemically-treated material to form the upper part of the product, while another supply source is filled with similar sheets to form the lower part of the product. The sheets from the supply sources pass through the printer alternately for printing with similar indicia, and are grouped in a single pile (P) in the output tray consisting of alternating upper and lower sheets. Each corresponding pair of sheets is then connected to form a single product, either by application of detachable glue to all sheets, or by formation of selected sheets with self-adhesive zones. <IMAGE></p> |
