Industrial waste sludge treatment - recovers oil and other matter by centrifuging, separating, heating and cooling

A treatment of industrial sewage which contains, apart from water, other fluid contaminants, e.g. waste oil, consits of a straining and heating operation, folowed by dividing the solids from the liquid components by centrifuging. The liquid component are sepd. from each other, cooled after separation, and the resulting water is purified before discharge to the drainage system. Most of the components can be recovered and utilised again. Only a small proportion of usefulness components enough to be discharged without risk to the surface or ground water supplies.
