摘要 PURPOSE:To provide a unit device for cutting small hole with which cutting on an efficient locus can be executed. CONSTITUTION:The unit device for cutting small hole with which a cutting torch is moved in the two-dimensional direction by causing a cutting torch to generate revolving motion around two different eccentric center axes with two gear systems which are independently driven with two motors is mounted to the tip of arm of a robot, the cutting torch is accelerated to a prescribed position of a small hole cutting locus along a circular locus by taking the center position of a desired small hole cutting locus as a starting point and a work cut is executed by moving the cutting torch by a round along the small hole cutting locus from the prescribed position. After that, in the unit device for cutting small hole with which work cutting work is executed by slowing down the cutting torch from the prescribed position to the starting point position along another circular locus that is situated in the symmetric direction to the circular locus of the acceleration section, the rotational direction of two motors is controlled so as to invert the moving direction of a plasma torch whenever a round of cutting work along the cutting locus that sonsists of the acceleration section, cutting section and deceleration section is executed.
