<p>PURPOSE:To provide a system wherein a product can be produced in constant quality and at an appropriate production in inflation molding. CONSTITUTION:In inflation molding wherein thermoplastic resin raw material supplied to a raw material-charging part 1 is melted, sent out, extruded from a die 3, and besides drawn out in a film shape by jetting hot blast, decrease of weight per unit time of a raw material supplied to the raw material-charging part 1 and consumed time per unit weight are continuously monitored. Fluctuation in an amount extruded from the die 3 is detected on the basis of fluctuation in decrease of weight and consumed time which are obtained from monitoring.</p> |
