PURPOSE: To provide a dry manufacturing method for reclaimed rubber which is pollution free and comprises rapid and continuous steps, and is practiced at a low cost. CONSTITUTION: A pulverized waste rubber is preheated in a closed tank and conveyed to a fast neutron reactor through a conveyer and an additive comprising 5-30 wt.% of process oil composed of aromatic oil, naphtha oil, paraffin oil, 5-20 wt.% of inorganic fillers, 5-20 wt.% of rosin, 1-10 wt.% of zeolite, and the remainder is mixed into the waste rubber, which is conveyed, by means of an electric motor, to form rubber granules, which are crushed into reclaimed rubber products. |
