METHOD FOR THE PRODUCTION OF A CLAYEY PRODUCT

The method is used in the treatment of ores having an increased clay minerals content. It attains complex utilization of the clay containing ores as a result of which the energy costs are reduced, the ecological environment is improved and capital investments are lowered. By the method, finely dispersed slurry enriched in clayey minerals is produced from disintegrated ore after multistage classification and slurry flotation which is thickened and filtrated. In another alternative, finely dispersed slurry is produced from the disintegrated ore after preliminary classification which is subjected to flotation. The produced chamber product is classified in a multistage process for the production of product enriched in clayey minerals which is subjected to thickening and filtration.
