The system shall find application in the construction of one-storeyed residential buildings. It makes possible the heating of the internal walls of the rooms by the water of the accumulator and the air by the greenhouse effect of the space under the roof. The system includes a water accumulator (1) formed by an upper (2) and lower (3) volume. After draining the water from the upper volume (2) which during the winter is heated during the day, during the night its walls are heated in the lower volume (3) which are also walls of the rooms (16), the corridor space (7) and the bathroom. The hot air from the greenhouse effect formed near the walls (24) of the upper volume (2) is transferred through the horizontal doors (8 & 12) during the day in winter in the lower lefthand side rooms (16) and the corridor space (7). In the summer, during the night, cooler air is forced into the lower volume (3) for cooling the air in the rooms (16), the corridor space (7) and the bathroom, and during the day a current between the eastern (17) and western (18) windows is formed along horizontal canals (19) for cooling the bottom (20) of the canal (19) which is also the ceiling of the corridor space (7).
