The system shall find application in the construction of one-storeyed residential houses built on a steep terrain. It makes use of double accumulated heat energy - for re-accumulation in longitudinal under the floor canals and in a space serving a water accumulator. The system includes steps (1) of a stepping element (2) in which holes (3) are formed. In every hole (3) there is an energy consuming basket (4), and an accumulation body (5) is fitted in every other step (1) in each energy consuming basket (4). Mobile energy accumulation and distribution ribs (7) are fitted in the space under the roof (6) of the stepping element (2). The space under the roof (6) is connected to vertical middle Western canals (9) by means of a middle lefthand side fan (3). They, on turn, are connected to the horizontal space (11) by means of a lower lefthand side fan (10), and to longitudinal middle canals (18) fitted under the floor of the first storey - by means of lowest middle lefthand side fans (19).
