Method for completing call to or from a mobile subscriber in a digital cellular mobile radio network

Calls from subscribers (SUB) to selected mobile subscriber ISDN numbers (MSISDN) are received by a gateway-mobile service switching centre (GMSC). Non-standard control functions specific to a mobile radio network can be performed with the aid of virtual subscribers (VSN) established in the home location register (HLR) and visitor location register (VLR) of the switching system. The virtual subscriber, to whom the call from or to a mobile subscriber is directed, is different in that the link is not made to a mobile station but exists only within the switching system itself.
